If this is still happening.....I would hope that all the work has already been done and a De Bruyne agreement would be ready to be officially announced now that Dzeko and Jovetic are gone.....in my opinion, we have no more reasons/excuses for delaying this deal....

I don't think there's any doubt this deal will happen. If it wasn't why wouldn't KDB come out and commit his future to Wolfsburg ending speculation.

I think you are probably right, but the same would apply if the clubs were haggling over fees.

I agree Universidad.....it does look like "nothing is happening"...I'm just hoping we are just doing a good job of not allowing leaks until its a done deal......I dont think anyone can disagree...missing Pogba and De Bruyne(our top 2 targets) in this window would be very disappointing....

Who has said they are our top two targets? As far as I can see our ITKs and press speculation (probably fed by this site) are the only source of this. Your statement sounds like it is a fact. It isn't.

qatarman, your right mate....might not be "fact" but I think if you asked anyone on this forum (ITK's or not).....Pogba and De Bruyne "seem" to be our main targets from the start of the transfer window and infact started showing our interest as far back as Dec 2014....but fair comment mate.....

I appreciate that but many are getting frustrated based on the flimsiest of information. FWIW I believe they may well be our prefered options but it would not surprise me if we did something completely different.
