Ref for Sunday 25/10/15- Utd (A)

Like I said in the derby thread...the good thing about twatters is he's not a homer...His ego won't let him

The bad thing about twatters is you're just as likely to be on the end of one of his showboat 'look at me' decisions as the opposition

You have a 50/50 chance on where the hammer will fall

And now we got Billy whizz raheem and Kevin de bruyne pulling the strings.
Throw in bony who likes scoring against the rags and it looks good from where I'm stood.
Looks good to me but dave will be a big miss like wise sergio,i imagine they really fear those 2 the most

Silva might have an outside chance of making it yet. I think we'll give him right to the death to get him in. No sweat if we don't, we got legs, we got energy and we got goals. Bring it on.

No idea what the stats are, but I'd be amazed if the rags have a better Clattenburg record than us.

Since the Sick Swan our record in away games refereed by Clattenburg against the other Big 6 clubs has been awful. The games have been littered with controversial decisions albeit some at the hands of of the linesmen.

Here is the complete list in these big away games since the 6-1:

L 2-1 Chelsea - Oct 11 2
L 3-2 Liverpool - April 14
D 2-2 Arsenal - Sept 14
D 1-1 Chelsea - Jan 15
L 2-1 Liverpool - Mar 15
L 4-2 United - Aprl 15
L 4-1 Spurs - Sept 15

Was going to say the same thing. And it was in October. And we was top. And 2 PTS clear.
And we played Spanish opposition in the champions league the game before.
Just saying like. ....history repeats in football.....Sometimes.

There's also an old saying, about lightning not striking twice in the same place ;-)

About time we won one then! I think we'll have far too much pace and power for the rags. They can try and compact the game but with Sterling and De Bruyne the movement and pace (with Navas as well) will be more than they can cope with. As long as Yaya and Fernandinho can control the game from the centre we'll win. Last season we were battering them but then dropped off after the goal and allowed them to play the route 1 stuff and get Fellaini in the pocket and we couldn't cope. We're much better defensively this season and they play a much more technical game, with Mata and Herrera rather than Young and Fellaini. We'll see how turtle sets them up but I don't imagine Clattenburg will be able to help them much on Sunday. I think we'll win comfortably, especially as they'll still be frozen from their game in Moscow.

Fortunately the mentality of our manager and our team will be positive. We know we would be better with David and Kun, but even without them we are A LOT better than that shower of shit

Utd, Rooney and Clattenburg. Who remembers this assault and instead of a red Rooney got a cuddle
