Why not get rid of the eagle but incorporate and sparrow and a crow?

I'm not obsessed!
Jeez! Monstrosities? Have you no heart? I'm back broken from doing this in powerpoint.
Actually when you look at them from afar they look a bit like a US Presidential seal. :-)
Maybe the US Federal government will give me a commission?
Seriously....save our bird!
Don't see how you can come to the conclusion you don't trust the club if you have done the consultation, for me they have asked all the right questions, obviously they can't please everybody but I think we will end up with a badge chosen by fans. And younger fans like my son have a view just as relevant as us older fans after all they will base it on their memories .
What I did with my son was show him some old badges, showed him Gavs designs then let him do the survey himself and just answered his questions about what the various symbols represented. In the end his choices weren't much different to mine.
I thought he was going to keep the bird but after a bit of education he didn't, though I think the clincher for him was he hates the shield and i convinced him round was the way to go.I filled both my sons in for them in case they chose to keep the bird.
Norwegian Blue, presumably? "Beautiful plumage"!First golden eagles, now blue parrots. FFS!
Sounds a bit sinister - convinced him eh??? When he selected the current badge did you smack his hands with a ruler until he changed his mind??!!!I thought he was going to keep the bird but after a bit of education he didn't, though I think the clincher for him was he hates the shield and i convinced him round was the way to go.
Is this the trajectory of a flappy birds game? The Eagle brought the good times don't forget!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it means that city will be designing the final badge themselves, not using one that is submitted. This is taken from the official City voice forum
"we are not accepting any unsolicited badge designs. If, as a result of the consultation, the badge does evolve, the Club's in-house designers will undertake this process."
Does this mean all these modified designs are pointless? I hope so. Its the 1930's or 1972-1999 badge I want.
It doesn't mean they won't look at this forum to gauge opinion and get ideas. This is taken from the official 'City voice' forum

Badge wise it's THIS forever... why can't you all see you're choosing to look like NYC or Melbourne with the designs you keep coming up with?!
But i just want this.
I'll "eat my hat" if the club actually use it ;) But i still want it.
I'd love it. Think this forum could do with a like button. Don't forget to get your idea on City voice kippax74. I might be wrong but I think that's the one they are monitoring.
Can you post on city voice if you've already filled in your cityzens online thingy?
