Media bias against City

Did anyone notice the after match interview with Vinnie, they weren't interested in what kind of game they think he had or how he is now he has got over his injury. All they wanted to know was about his issue with Pellers, needles to say he gave them nothing to feed off. What a load of vermin they really are.
Actually he did throw them a morsel to feed off.
He said there was a "difference of opinion".

SKY only showing united on their news highlights. Making it look like the Alamo.
To appease the masses, even if we had won 6.1 again they would have run with highlights showing how close and unlucky the rags where...just remember when the rags have come up against decent opposition they have flattered to deceive.....

Pre match, 14 news items out of the 26 news items on the sky football app were about the rags whilst only 1 related to City. It's so biased it's contemptuous but not much can be done I suppose.

Media didn't give us a hope today. Virtually all predicted we'd lose. Wrong again!
Good isn't it,writing us off again, even when it wasn't anywhere near the level we can perform at and with injuries to key players the rags still couldn't beat us,tomorrow's papers will probably be full of negativity about us coming to defend first and rags trying to do it the right way and play to win...

So just before the highlight show at 10pm Sky show us v the rags in 1995 where of course we get beat 0-3, fuxk I hate the Sky bias but yet am victim to having to have it in order to see the games

Like a lot of us on here I watched the game, like I do all away games but don't have Sky

Yep. I got rid of Sky in may this year after having it for 10 years. Best decision I've made. There's so many ways to watch the games nowadays that you really don't miss it. Plus it saves us £90 a month.

Ditto. Got rid in July, saving £87 a month. Now, if I could only connect my laptop to my "smart" TV, I could watch the stream in comfort in the lounge. Tried to set it up yesterday, but it was like trying to understand advanced Klingon!

I use a google chromecast to connect my phone, tablet or laptop to the tv. They cost about £30. Really easy to set up. If you can't suss your smart tv out. Then that might be the way to go.
We use showbox for films and series and mobdro for sports.

Will Chromecast work with my Smart TV - if my laptop does not have a HDMI port.?. In the past I connect a VGA cable(with no sound) and listen to Cheesy on Radio.
Thanks for any advice.

Chromecast is a little device that plugs into one of your hdmi ports on your TV. Then you can cast your screen (and sound) from mobile, laptop, tablet to the tv wirelessly. We've got one downstairs and one in the bedroom. Really simple to set up and use. My 6 year old is constantly using it to connect his tablet and play his games on the tv.

Simply stunning piece of kit that.

Google Chromecast HDMI Streaming Media Player

Is this it and do you need a smart tv to use it?
No Karen. No smart tv required. Any tv with a hdmi port. Watch the away games through an android phone myself and stream it to the tv using the chromecast. Was doing this for months before eventually persuading the Mrs that we don't need sky. We watch all our TV series through showbox as above. Simple!
Also if you don't like the commentator for our games you just click a different channel like fox sports or Bein sports and the game is usually on there too with different commentators.

Sorry for taking this thread off topic a bit mods

Anyone got a decent link for the showbox android app? Whenever I try to get it I end up with dubious looking ads/surveys.
