Mike Riley must be proud of these new appointments to the elite list.
 
Could not believe the lack of bookings for them in first 25 minutes and the penalty and sending off had a perfect view
 
Can someone explain how advantage was played the brought back for them x2 but we weren't given the same luxury ? Anyone know the rules here. Was fuming for their goal
 
Awful ref, no understanding of the advantage laws, let them get away with murder in first 20, missed just about everything
 
Bloody hell I mentioned him in the post match thread and totally forgot about the handball,stonewall pen,suppose justice was done as we scored from the resulting corner,but even so it's shocking from supposed top tier officials and can only see it getting worse..

This fellah is the complete charlatan. Sixty to eighty grand per annum for this kind of shite. The worst and most baffling performance for quite a time. Three bookings in the first half makes me think he decided last Wednesday no cards would be shown in the first half. Why, fourteen fuckin' matches into the season, are referees still wagging the finger at errant defenders. And why did that **** not get booked when Aguero was flying down the left wing and he had three goes at grabbing him. As for the penalty, nothing more blatant all match. But the assessors in the stand will give the useless **** a 9 - firm grip on the match, fairness personified. Clueless, and it got worse as the match went on. God only knows what he'd have come up with had there been extra time!

Same thing happened against Liverpool,played advantage time had went on to long for it to be brought back but not last week or today,that to me isn't bad refs it's blatant cheating to assist the opposition....
 
Needs to learn the advantage rule. You can't pull it back half a minute later when the Southampton player makes an unforced error. The advantage was played, he screwed it up. Terrible officiating and he was in danger of losing control of the game until Kolarov sealed it. Absolutely nothing will be said of his performance though and he won't have to answer to anybody. It's not bent refereeing and there's no bias or agenda against us, it's simply a case of him not being capable of doing his job to the required standard. Serious change is needed before it becomes laughable.

If it's not cheating how come we never benefit from these crap refs?
