I remember being on strike a good few times in the late 80`s and early 90`s. The SWP turned up at the picket lines, some were nurses, some from kellogs in Trafford park, carers and office workers. I did not agree with everything they said or did, the same as other groups who turned up to show solidarity. It is a shame that you still hold sectarian views against them. Whats the point of going on a march or demonstration, if you are going to badmouth certain groups?
Solidarity from gorton.
Well the ones I encountered were knobs and I ain't sectarian about any left wing group, I just still see them thrust their version of socilism on people and are a bit dickish if you disagree, but then thats the lefts problem at times too much infighting, like how unions dislike each other at time is silly. As I said it should be a co operative of all left wing ideas collectively giving and improving, the dismissing of othwe leftish ideas is silly. I am sure their are some great swp members, I just haven't met one yet. Solidarity comrade
Btw I am a big fan of Peter krapotkin and anarcho-communism so am sometimes considered crankish too
