If UEFA had any balls or common sense they would punish Kiev by playing in a neutral venue and not allow any tickets for Kiev fans.
That way City would get a legitimate away game that our fans can attend, Kiev are disadvantaged and don't get any financial revenue from it either.

I really don't get why it has to be an "empty" stadium, theyre fans transgressed, just ban them, be like two home games for us, 2 or 3 thousand blues in Kiev and 55 here
