Yaya not a legend whatsoever. He had 2 fairly good seasons and an exceptional one - he then had his tantrum about his fookin birthday cake and never really played again.

He's a twat!
Goals to beat the rags in the semi, to win the Cup, to beat Newcastle to set up the title, the kind of surging runs that terrify defenders, and his own song too ... but there's no point arguing. ("Everybody out!" eh?)

This is ironic because just before the game on sky thierry henry did a little piece on pep's tiki taka style. Basically he outlined that pep said his job was to organise the field up until the final 25%. After this in Henry's words it was "up to the attackers".

I'm sat here thinking that would still leave a distinct lack of cutting edge as a real problem even with pep in charge.

The main thing I noticed was the wingers literally hugged the touchline and only come in when the other players had successfully pulled apart the defence. Pep spoke about this himself and its a pretty basic concept, stretch the team as much as possible and exploit the gaps.
