Bump again. Went in the Townley after Sunderland and it was packed to rafters could barely move so just left it. Seriously winds me up how there's a few decent sized pubs near the ground that have been boarded up. What a waste.

Why don't you reopen one of them. See if you can run a business that only generates a decent income one day out of every fourteen, nine months out of every twelve.
