From ragcafe on their "what's wrong with man city" thread.... (yep another thread about us....they aren't obsessed with us. ..honest)
It must cut them deep talking about us being in europe amongst the big boys whilst they play Latvian farmers blind 11.
I love their pain.
 
The MEN is currently running an article about LVG encouraging more players to watch games with the " fans ".

I presume that he is using this ploy to punish any player who has the the balls to try and pass the ball forwards

Article in MEN says TT may encourage more players to watch games with their " fans " .

Surely the point of making them watch the Rags is to punish players who have had the balls to ignore instructions and have actually passed the ball in a forwards motion ?

I am baffled by their obsession with any empty seats at the Etihad - forget the rights and wrongs of claims of empty seats here or at the swamp I just ask myself is that what competition we are all in now? The empty seats trophy ? I assume that obsession signals the the fact they have given up on the league title then and are in the running for the Least Empty Seats League trophy and the World Largest Merchandising Cup as off field performance now matters more to that club tan on field now?

This cannot be said often enough or loudly enough.
They cheated their way into contention that year and damn near got away with it. Even since, they have the brass neck to point the finger at QPR for not trying in the final minutes.
I'll never forget Butch Wilkins review of that dive of Young's v QPR. Asked, straight out by Ed Chamberlain, was it a penalty, he nodded sagely and assured us that "in the context of the modern game" it most certainly was. His fellow pundit, Father of the Year, was quick to agree. That issue addressed and settled, Ed saw no reason to pursue the matter further.

Really tedious stuff.. must be fun going to work all week being a RAG fan just to have a weekend break off watching this Shite when you are wanting some entertainment LMAO !!! serves them right. You reap what you sow. HAHA

They'll probably still fluke a win to paper over the cracks as per usual !! but I don't care I hope Agent Van Gaal stays as he perfectly sums up how far the RAG's standards have fallen =)
