Not a chance.
If he keeps playing well, sooner or later he will go for a very large fee and command a much higher wage too. If his form drops, interest could dwindle.
It's in his best interests to keep playing well and the rest will happen. It always has before and always will. Everton need money more than they need success - the harsh reality.
