Koscielny walked straight into Fabregas' path, the Chelsea player didn't alter his run to initiate contact. Penalty for me. Then Clattenberg books Matic for a more or less identical challenge.

I didn't think Koscielny moved when I first saw it but if he did then I agree it should have been a penalty. But remember Clattenburg is the ref who denied Richards a stonewall penalty when Anderson cleaned him out in the 6-1 just after he'd sent Evans off so possibly there's a pattern. Why can't refs just apply the laws of the game?
