Two good decisions as well. I was shocked at his decision to give the penalty at first as I thought Jenkinson had won the ball, but I wasn't complaining. Then I watched the replay to see that I, and a lot of West Ham fans were wrong.

The strange thing was that the Aguero penalty looked extremely similar to the Leicester one. Maybe he got a prompt to help.

Plenty of refs wouldn't have given that on Saturday. It was hard to see at that pace and from 30 yards behind or whatever he was.

I agree. Maybe his linesman actually saw this one and told him.

Maybe. The decision with Demichellis was a good one too for me. I think some refs would have sent him off for that especially away from home but i think there was just enough cover getting across although their forward could probably have got his shot away. In fact all the bookings he made were reasonable. It was one of the better ref performances I have seen this season and it contributed to a good game.

Atkinson reffereed the St(j)oke debacle and his 12th man performance was masked by our lot not turning up. I predict a red card for Otter.
