When we are playing well then yes, when we are playing dogshit football like we have for 23 league games then no.

It's a shambles , we are as much as a shambles as Villa, Norwich and Newcastle , at least Chelsea have managed to shore up shop only losing 2 out of 15.

Something is badly wrong at City at the moment.
 
Doom and gloom? Why is that? Just putting out what GPC said also we are guaranteed Europa league no matter what and to be honest I couldn't give a monkeys if we dont make top 4 we have Pep and the mass exodus of X rags will start at the club so no gloom from me:))))))

I call them the Poznan years. They were our best years for atmosphere since the seasons we went back-to-back with Royle and then promoted under Keegan.

The Poznan years were great, there was a real buzz about City then. It's disappeared somewhat in the last two years. The life has been sucked out of this team and the support. We need a new spark!
 
I think we'll get 2nd again. Leicester to fall away, and Spurs to win the League.

We have De Bruyne coming back soon. Kompany's return has tighened things up at the back. Silva is struggling, but with KDB and Nasri due back soon, I'd expect City to pick up.
 
I like the Europa League, wouldn't mind a season in there, We'd have a reasonable chance of progressing to the semis or further and it could do wonders for our European co-efficient too.

Yeah I can relate to that. It really seemed like we were onto something special didn't it? Now whilst the future is most certainly bright, you can't help feeling we've coasted the last two years and there's a feeling of flatness both on and off the pitch. The spark has definitely gone.

We were in an even worse spot this time last season but finished strongly. I think we will just about get over the line but we may have to settle for 4th if we don't beat Arsenal.

Yes and if we win tm we have a chance of progressing to the semis of CL this year if we avoid the big boys and that improves our Euro co-efficient. We do need to pull up our socks but remember not all the teams will be fighting for their lives like Norwich and if we can win our home games starting Sunday we will be all right. Don't panic just yet!!!
 
Not that i'd be happy with the Europa, it isn't the worst thing either.
-Champions $ not a big deal vs Europa with the new EPL $$$
-Doesn't seem to have ruined Dortmund...
-Maybe it allows us to 100% focus on the EPL in the fall '16 rather than trying to equally play in 4 tourneys (Opening rounds of Europa "should" be very very winnable)

Indeed we have, as do most of the others in the division unless they have eight.
But what have you seen in the last nine PL games to suggest a barnstorming finish? Or even the nine prior to that?
Blind loyalty is one thing, but either state that's what you've got or tell us where the points are coming from.
