2-2 is a fantastic result away from home in Europe.

0-0, 1-0, 1-1 or 2-1 would all get us through in the second leg. Very much in our own hands, PSG basically have to come and win.

Keep it tight and we're into the semis.

It was worse than that. I'm not in UK today and was relying on some partisan reporting from BBC only to be confronted with their bitter anti city bile...disgraceful.

Danny had some nice things to say about the PSG players though;

Despite the catastrophic error i thought Fernando closely followed by Mangala were our best players tonight. It's a great result but with the way that game went i can't help but feel we might regret not coming away with an even better result in the end.

Lets not kid ourselves, we rode our luck massively tonight. PSG were extremely wasteful and should of scored 3-4 at least in truth but that's the kind of luck we've been begging for for 5 seasons in this competition now.

Need to improve significantly if we want to go through but we'll be in a much better shape next week. KDB able to last most if not all the game Yaya should be fit too although that's a big question as to whether or not to play him. But also they'll be weaker, Matuidi is vastly underrated and will be a big big miss for them, even more so if neither Verratti or Pastore are available to replace them.

I suspect we'll see a surge in ticket sales now at least, lets get the ground rocking and really intimidate them.

I'll tell you this they are no where near the level of barca/real, we wasn't at the races today and still scored 2. Brilliant result, you need results like this in this competition to go far. Special mention to kdb thought he was outstanding again and our only danger going forward(think he's our player of the season personally)just come back from injury as well. Close secomd was Fernandinho with another workmanlike performance in Europe. Tighten up at the back and i can see us goimg through to semis hopefully fingers crossed.

Really good result but a little bit disappointed we haven't won. Two awful goal to concede and I felt silva and Kun were well off the pace. KDB the best player on the pitch for me by a country mile.

Their second goal should have a been offside too? Having said that 2-2 is better than 1-1 which it probably would have ended up.

No Luiz for the 2nd leg for them is a bonus, it will unsettle them at the back even more because he plays every game there I expect... that has to play into our favor. I thought Serg was a little off pace today and Silva too but they were by no means poor and both had their moments, hope they get the chance to work on their relationship on the field with De Bruyne because there are signs that it's starting to flourish(they've not had alot of matches together to be fair so it's great to see).

Thought we were borderline awful for the most but they were also poor. Seems weird saying that with the result. Great result and thought with a bit more positivity in the last 15 we could have put it to bed. They were there for the taking. Would be amazing to qualify and would have a real chance if we lucked out and drew Wolfsburg.
