Plans for coach reshuffle at City

Pep Guardiola, the incoming Manchester City manager, is expected to promote Rodolfo Borrell from the club’s youth system to a role with the club’s first team when he arrives at the Etihad Stadium this summer.

Borrell — noted for being Lionel Messi’s first coach in the youth system at Barcelona — is technical director and head of coaching at the City Football Academy (CFA), having left a similar role at Liverpool in 2014 to take up the position. While at Anfield, he played a key role in bringing Jordon Ibe and Raheem Sterling to Merseyside.

Great news.

The more Jordan Ibe's we can produce, the better ;)

Much better than Sterling. Just look at the stats this season.

If only we'd have signed Pedro over De Bruyne too.

We really should listen to those soccer Saturday experts.

Surely if he is good at sorting the kids out and thats what he has always done then moving him would be a bad thing ?

Depends who replaces him. Makes sense for Pep to have someone on the first team coaching staff who already knows the club and understands his methods.
