Well there is some sort of logic in that post. It's a lot of cash for a 28 year old. But then again, it is Lionel messi. 150 million for about 4 years of top level football left in him. He adds the fear factor straight away and we would be catipulted amongst the elite.

I'd personally say no, purely selfish reason because I've decided to go travelling this year rather than renewing my season ticket.

Sorry guys but I need someone to tell me. What's the crux of this thread - that we may sign Neymar or we intend to spend up to £200m this summer. The latter is hardly breaking news and even if there's any truth to the 2 points, Neymar alone would cost £170m leaving us with only £30m to spend on other areas.
