By another navas I don't mean they're the same player, I mean it's gonna be another useless signing
How do you know this?

Personally I think he'd a Son, Willian, arnautovic type impact - not spectacular but surprisingly effective.By another navas I don't mean they're the same player, I mean it's gonna be another useless signing

Because that's my opinion on him?
Not a very informed one. If we are actually interested in signing him, then the club/Pep finds some use for him.
It's because you've never seen him play. But I don't blame you, if a team like Atletico Madrid was heavily linked to Vardy, their fans would probably react similarly.Don't disagree, I'm just stating that I think it's a useless signing because I don't rate him highly
hope not, I'm pish.......He's a similar type of player to pedro
Fair point. I tend not to get hung up too much about transfer fees and resale values, as things like this can easily become distractions from enjoying the game of footy for what it is. A bit like the way commentators find it hard to praise a player's ability during a game without mentioning his cost.I think money does matter as do transfer fees , but I don't think this should preclude us from buying older players .
Had Demichaelis left after two seasons I would argue that he had been the best value centre back we have bought since the takeover in spite of having no transfer value.
Value is about Transfer fees paid plus wages and signing on fees minus transfer fee received against performance and time spent at the club.
Older players often settle and perform more quickly.

maybe rumours are true....

Mourino: "He will go this year. I think Nolito will leave Celta this year. His contract has a buy-out clause of €18m."

Mourinho: "There are no numbers. Whoever pays that can take him, whether we like it or not. There is not even any negotiation."
If mourinhos said that it sounds like he's confident of getting him?maybe rumours are true....

Um.....If mourinhos said that it sounds like he's confident of getting him?
I have a feeling this is happening. It's like the Negredo one IMO.
If I was Pep I'd send Sterling to Spain on loan to try to rejuvenate him. Poor lad is shot. We can't afford to carry people.
Feel for him now the knifes are sharpening!on Sterling....Was really hoping that chance he had in the first half, would have found the back on the net, another big miss....needs his confidence back!;)
