Serial Killer at large in Manchester?

the Manchester area has less deaths than the national average from canal drownings when you take into account the population density and the number of miles of canals

if it is a serial killer either

a) the serial killer is a bit shit
b) other areas in the country have better canal serial killers than ours

Have five men been killed by the Yorkshire DIPPER? Fifth body in a month is pulled from a waterway in the county
  • Five bodies pulled from waterways within a 10-mile area of Huddersfield
  • Bodies of teenager, pensioner and three middle-aged men all recovered
  • Has led to suggestion of a 'Yorkshire dipper' pushing men into the water
  • It follows speculation of a 'Pusher' operating around Manchester's canals

Hope if they catch this guy that they rehabilitate him so he can be a productive member of society and that that deters other people from killing 5 men and dumping them in canals.
