Exactly, that is one of the major floors in the '2 players for every position' theory. Pay first teamers the market rate and fill the rest with youth players and those happy to be squad players

Hi Manuel

Perhaps they wouldn't be 'untried' if they were given experience when we are comfortably winning games or in cups - by the way, do you think A youth player or a squad player on half of what Kolarov is on would have done a better or worse job over the past 2 years
