He seems to give us a lot of options as well. Can play wide, up front, probably behind a striker. Impressive stats last season and I would say a definite upgrade on some of the options last season.

Quality top he is wearing on the OS. Pep was never going to play with an out and out centre forward as such. Him being 9 doesn't mean we won't necessarily sign another striker.

Someone described him the other day as the Spanish James Milner just with much better crossing and shooting ability.

Great signing of a very good established international that adds depth and versatility to our squad.

Don't overlook the fact that he's been under Pep's guidance before, he obviously knows the kind of player Nolito is. We've added the most creative player from La Liga last season, for £14 million, in the current market that is absolute peanuts. What isn't to like?

Hope he starts every game and is never subbed off. He's ageing by the day so we need to get every minute from him before his legs go from underneath him.

Very happy with the signing. Bargains seem to be the theme of the summer so far for us, when you consider that Mané cost Liverpool more than Nolito and Gundogan combined cost us. Andros Townsend, Dwight Gayle and Isaac Success are valued about the same as Nolito by their new clubs.

The signs point towards Nolito being like Vardy or Payet in that he's peaked later than most. He'll be a very solid player and if he can ht 10 goals that's a great signing.

Happy with this signing and I like that he's very down to earth....like Fernandinho. Unassuming but not shy.

I think most of our squad now are very low key actually. They should get them into knitting for a bit of excitement or bus them to bingo.
