In awe of the guy already, hes the much missing connection between the players and the fans and he demands the players will give there all for the club, we wont see any slackers anymore and there will be a few who will get peddled in a years time if they don't adapt to him.

The atmosphere will be on a different level next season, at last it will be all for one and one for all mentality , dare i say it a bit more like it was under Mancini but with a far superior manager.

Tactically he is on a different level and i just love how he says he will get in the players heads.Just hope he learns to love this club and stay beyond his three years.
