BT Sport

Cancelled last month and the cheeky sods have just taken another month's money
You should have cancelled your direct debit.
I had a similar problem with my ex-energy supplier. When I rang them about it, they said that I should get onto my bank, and tell them the circumstances, and that I was in dispute with the supplier. Under the terms of the Direct Debit Indemnity Guarantee, the money should be refunded until the dispute was settled, one way or the other. When I spoke to the bank, the money was credited to my bank immediately! The Direct Debit was also cancelled by the bank.
(Instead of me owing them almost £300, I received a refund of £330, so we're not talking of pennies.)

Just been announced that EE customers will get BT sports free now. Pushing raggy pundits onto anyone now. Imagine that, using all your EE bandwidth allowance for an month on the insights of the boring one and scooby clueless.

"So, Michael and Rio, care to give us your thoughts on that goalless draw between Stoke City and Bournemouth?"
"Well, I thought neither team did enough to win it. And they're both just living in the shadow of Manchester United."
"Rio?"
"Sorry, he's done one out of the toilet window again."

You've' exceeded your EE GB allowance for the month. Your account will immediately be debited £303.67 to cover the balance.

They don't care whether you cancelled or not, just no what brings them money is the masses not one spot of people elsewhere they noted.

Got rid of BT after 35 years, They couldn't repair my phone & internet for over a week whilst advertising for new customers. Don't sign up with them. They can't cope with the customers they already have AND THEY DON'T CARE!!!!
PS They charged me £30 to leave them.

Ee are scum I can't wait to get rid. Check your bills for an unknown item for 4 quid a month (doesn't explain what it is on the online bill). When I rung up it turned out to be 'traffic tv'. I haven't driven a car in years! There's now ay I'd sign up to it they must heave been extremely sneaky about it. Google it and you will see that others have been scammed by it. And if you're on Ee - check your bills

Dead right. I got charged for calls to The Gambia when I dialled my voicemail from abroad!!! EE voicemail is accessed by dialling 22xxx and it just so happens Gambia's international dialling code is +22!!! A quick Google suggests I'm not the only one.

The CEO Gavin Patterson likes to boast this in his Wiki entry

'The previous chief executive, Ian Livingston, said of him, "...one button undone was fine, two was a bit racy, and three was Gavin."

I think it referred to shirt buttons but he is such a tosser, who knows?

He said this to me when I complained about BT and he discovered I was a City fan:

'Ah...now I understand your level expertise.

I do my own email and I don't have an "office boy" as you call it.'

His own 'level expertise' is rather obvious.
