I did look for a thread but couldnt fine one.

Anyway, does anyone know when we play our first champions league qualifier? Also when do we find out who we are playing?

I wonder if Hart, Sterling, Silva and possibly Nolito will be fit for selection?
 
Apologies for the date error. 'Favourites' took me to last season's dates ... DOH!

Draw date is actually August 5th as well.
 
England - dicked, Spain - dicked, Argentina - dicked
Lets hope they all come home hungry and wanting to put things right.
Can De Bruyne come home with a medal - we'll see!

Nolito needs to sign first.

He said the other day he has had no contact from City. So hopefully that changes now.

Kevin will be home Saturday morning knowing he's met a nation with the best national anthem,flag,sheep,dragon,rugby team ? better stop ;-)

The price should not mean anything. Either player is good enough for us or he isn't. Personally I think we should keep those 14 million on our savings account when we can actually afford a top class winger.

Hopefully De Bruyne will be on the next plane after their QF going to Tenerife for his summer holidays as he needs a proper rest too!

Sorry but we need to inject some realism into this debate. We need to sign 5/6 guys this window they can't all be 60 million plus purchases. Clearly some people are unhappy that we do not appear to be breaking the bank to get the very few grade A+ players out there at present. Pep is trying to build a team that will add up to more than the sum of its parts. Some of these parts will be top signings others will be lesser lights and hopefully graduates from the academy. I feel certain that if for example Messi were to become available we would be one of only 2 or 3 destinations he would head to. Be patient we will hook a couple of big fish and please have faith in our new manager and await the arrival of new recruits -in this case a player known to Pep and of interest to Barcelona- before passing rash judgement.
