Fucking stupid telling the people to take to the streets as people are being shot at now.
 
So it's unclear whether the majority of people are on the streets in celebration of the coup or they've gone out in support of Erdogan.
 
The planet has gone a bit bonkers these last few months. It's getting to the point where stories that would have ordinarily dominated the news bulletins for weeks are getting virtually no coverage. For instance, the Labour Party is in the middle of one of it's worse nervous breakdowns for decades but luckily for them, there's scarcely time to mention it. The world needs a reset button, particularly Europe in the last few weeks.
