Sterling scored more goals in his first season here than Navas has in 3 years. His finishing needs a lot of work but at least he knows where the net is unlike Navas who shits himself every time he sees it. My argument was not goals scored but questioning why Sterling is given a reprieve when he cannot shoot for sg
hit, but Jesus should be shown the door for being equally as poor in that department.

I would seriously get his eyes tested before offloading him. His final ball and shooting were not as bad when he first arrived. Spurs at home 6-0 he was immense.
The deterioration of his crossing and shooting when every other part of his game has improved is unbelievable.
I'm sure they must do regular eye tests though

Both track back exceptionally, both have very good attitude. Navas' touch and ball retention is better, Sterling has better control.

No, I hope to god that he doesn't leave. We all know that he can be a frustrating player to watch but his workrate can never be understated. We need players that give 100% everytime they are on the pitch and, truth is, the likes of Bony, Yaya, Kolarov and Nasri do not. There are players that should be shifted way before Navas.
