Hull are absolutely fucked.

No first team signings yet, their supposed takeover has been delayed until the start of the season, two of their main defenders (Odubajo and Dawson) are both out long term, and now Bruce seems to have jumped ship to take over at Sunderland.

Their best hope of survival now is managing to convince Moyes that they're not a completely lost cause.

He has, he's wised up since behaving fairly crappily by walking away from clubs early on. He also manages not to convey an aura of expectation during interviews.

There's a lot I like about TEM but his forte is getting teams up rather than keeping them up.
