Fantastic signing that will not only drag them out of their post-Ferguson malaise - a fantastic signing we could have made last summer - but will put their first XI above ours in terms of quality and make them favourites for the title.

I'd genuinely have a fully fit Gundogan over Pogba. There are many midfielders in the world better than Pogba: Iniesta,Kroos,Modric,Verrati,Marchisio,Vidal,Rakitic. If Pogba was good enough Real Madrid would have found away to get him but even Perez doesn't rate him.

De Gea, Valencia, Bailly, Blind, Shaw, Carrick, Fellaini, Lingard, Ibrahimovic, Rooney, Martial.
Their team today I would guess Pogba will replace Lindgard or Rooney. Nothing to fear there.
Except that's not really their strongest XI.

De Gea
Darmian - Smalling - Bailly - Shaw
Herrera - Schneiderlin - Pogba
Mkhitaryan - Zlatan - Martial

It's a genuinely quality side.

Do one MardArse!

Pogba is a great player who will improve them but don't mistake yourself in thinking he is the finished article.

He has the POTENTIAL to become the best midfielder in the world, he currently has a lot to learn.

Him fulfilling that potential also has a number of variables. How will Mourinho play him, will he give him a free role like at Juve or ask him to be more disciplined? Will he want to stay at United long term or will he still want that move to Madrid?

Also, he is naturally going to be compared to Yaya and Vieria, two of the best all action midfielders to grace the PL and players who have led their clubs to glory. He certainly has a lot to live up to.

To be fair I couldn't care less that he's joining the rags, what does get me spitting blood is the fact that the media will justify the huge outlay in money that's involved fee, wages add-ons and agents fees and the totally over the top fawning that will now begin..

For the cost of one player , who lets face it will start making noises for a move to Spain in a few years time will, cost that shiwer the same amount we have spent to build a TEAM for the future. I know which option Id rather have - we dont have one potentially world class player for that price, mee have a handful : zinchenkov, Nacho, Gabriel Jesus, Moreno , add into our EDS lads of Angelino, TOSIN and brahim and that's a solid spine. Not forgetting class players we already possess who will improve us further.

Also, for the price of 1 Pogba - we coudlve signed 5 Yayas (yes im aware of inflation etc ).

Mourinho doesn't play 4-3-3 and he won't drop the Rooney. He plays 4-2-3-1 and Pogba will play in the left cdm position, ironically the same position he played for France in the euros where he was dogshite and the rags said that he was played out of position.
