excellent insight, man with principles, passion, intelligence - only concern is at the moment he doesn't have the squad who currently share his vision and this will take time. As fans we'll need patience
 
As if I needed anymore conformation that pep will do extremely well with us was confirmed after watching that and the last few minutes especially when we were told if your not up to the job or his standards which are extremely high it's goodbye and players brought in who will buy into his ideas...

Nothing to do with sharing his vision.....i think technical ability and a footballing brain is lacking in many areas of the squad to deliver......he's testing players in ways they cannot comprehend......im sure we'll improve......one things for sure Pep won't accept defeat........good watch!
 
good to see Soriano briefly, but stating what he is here for. Yes trophies would be nice along the way, but there is a bigger picture being built.
 
Great watch that. Few stand outs.
1. Barca not winning fuck all for 2 years and he came in and did the work. Dodgy start then they started to win everything. We need to give this man our time and patience. I have no doubt that he will succeed.

2. Ferran talking about a new level of tactical sophistication and INTENSITY. Gave me goosebumps.

3. Pep wont tolerate passengers. You wanna easy ride then go find another club. 100% or fuck off (or whatever the Catalonian translation is :)

4. Pep in total control. This is ans has to be the way. Only way his methods will work. And as Alonso said its not about imposing it. Its about convincing the players. If he cant then he will find players who can be convinced. Love it. That word intensity again.

5. Swinpigshagger and his cohorts at RagMunich Utd leading a revolt to play the old way and getting smashed. No wonder he was shipped out to RagSalford utd.

6. Pep needs the players to make it work. Of this there is no longer any doubt. He can get a team working and we could do proper damage this season but to really see the 'revolution' he needs the right players in every position.

7. The future is fucking exciting. For me personally im chalking this season down to an exercise in changing the way we play. They ll up and downs as usual but watching this doc and half way thru book (Pep Conf.) I know once it clicks...well fuckin hell its gonna be a sight to behold!

8. Pep man crush all the way ha ha

Personally I'll be judging Pep on his 3 years at City.

Unbelievable what he has done in his past and yes he is the best manager in the world so my expectation are high.

This. So important for us fans to show patience. We are very privelidged to have Pep on board and in time I'm convinced he will flourish here but it might be a tricky opening spell until he mounds the team in the way he wants. Like Klopp with Liverpool last season I reckon we will smash teams off the park but we will get the odd unexpected bad result here and there. Let's enjoy the ride!

Exactly my thoughts!!! I have followed him extensively from Barca to Bayern and now at City. Whatever he has achieved in the past doesn't matter. I have hit the reset button and i look at him now as a young manager with zero premiere league experience with all to prove. I will be judging him at the end of his tenure not only by what he wins but also by how his city plays. But i am sure about one thing, if it works it will be a memorable once in a lifetime experience
