How can they even put Patrick Roberts down as a miss? A 19 year old who is having a solid loan spell at celtic and was obviously bought for the future. This article is shockingly wank. Backup goalkeepers are a "miss"? WTF? Even Adam Johnson provided us with a lot of crucial late goals through his time here and was hardly a miss. I'm not clicking on this but let's remember the English players we have signed and what they have won before City or since leaving. Let's say Adam Johnson who the press repeatedly said he was wasted at City. Barry easily had his best years with us. Milner was really a journey man going from club to club, who won every domestic honour with City. Milner's gone to Liverpool and as yet is out of the Champions League and not won anything there. I don't think we have an issue personally.

We should just ignore the whole lot of them. This forum would be a million times better for it.

Either that or have a Media Forum where everyone can discuss the shite, because a lot of good threads and discussions are lost in the sea of media shite on here these days. And then even in the threads that have nowt to do with the media but posters come out with "what do you think the Star's headline will be tomorrow?" people can reply "save it for the media forum pal!" and let this forum get back to being good again.

The day after the Pogba / Stones transfers, there were about 10 Pogba stories out of the first 12 on their front page in the football section, mostly about what a great player he is and the other two articles were also about United. About three quarters of the way down in about 30th place was a single Stones article. The Mail is a joke. I wouldn't wipe my arse with it.

The most offensive thing in the article is the claim that Milner was the best English player at City, right after the Gareth Barry section!

Barry was an automatic starter in the best team we've had for 40 years, possibly ever. Milner was a utility man who was never in our best starting line up, wanted to play centre mid, was shite there and now plays as a utility man for a mid table club.
