New official City website

If you're signed up on CityVoice - they've sent out a questionnaire this morning asking for feedback and the new site. Don't miss this opportunity to tell 'em what you think.
 
I like the comment a page or so back about all the sliding panes and other nonsense being more or less a throwback to "1996 crap." Well said, however he said it.

For me, far too "mobile." I get it - much content is accessed this way nowadays. And not like I'm extremely old and resistant to change.

But I tend to visit that site from a desktop at home or work. Looking at anything remotely complex via a phone usually frustrates me.

Somewhat unrelated - I have been on some level a club member (Cityzens, Blue, etc) for 10 years. Live outside UK but have always done it to philosophically support the club.

But now, my credit card I charged my last membership to has expired. And the new wonderful website seems to give me no way to update or change payment info. I guess I will have to dick around on the phone with someone just to do something that takes a couple of mouse clicks literally everywhere else that I need to update payment info. Minor point, of course, but shouldn't things like this get caught in the QA process? Or is the site so clumsily designed that I just can't find where to go. One would think from Cityzens/My Account but one would appear to be incorrect in so doing.
 
Just done the questionnaire and told them how shite it is. Find myself becoming more and more of a grump about pretty much everything off the pitch to do with City. Getting me down.
 
Ain't no auld technophobic ****, but the new site is bobbins and fucking shite.

I liked the old site, was the first thing I checked upon turning on me pee cee, very easy to navigate, friendly, the league table handy at the right, the media news and the Women's news accessible, now they are buried.

Who's been paid for this bollocks of a website should return the few bob they've received for such a low quality job.
 
Did survey today, whoever designed it is going to be shitting it when all the feedback comes in mud me 90%+ bad and negative feedback, I slated it big time and I don't think I was unfair in my comments.
 
Someone must like it? maybe it's a biased view on here - it was designed by Wix apparently if you look at the top right hand corner - an outside job
and there's those Segrio Wix ads, sponsors maybe? the zoom in zoom out pics soon become annoying, I'll say that. and it does take a while to find stuff, maybe its a get used to it thing.

I have a supporter no. so obviously I logged in to the 'new' MCFC homepage.
It might be me but the 'old' home page was easier to read and find out facts. You could click on fixtures and get a match report and details such as the 'gate'.

Agreed. It staggers me that they need to conduct a survey to be told how shit it is.
