Apart from frustration culminating in outbursts like "finish David's passes you useless ****s"!

It's like watching your son having the performance of his life whilst the rest of the team can barely string two passes together.
 
First poor decision from David. Did everything right, made a half-pitch run to get clear on goal, gets the keeper to go down, and then inexplicably takes an extra touch that allows the keeper to bat the ball away from his feet.

Should have scored.
 
Now that Nolito is on the pitch we look much more cohesive in the final third. Linking up well with David.
 
And a goal from our David. A low cross in the box a bit behind him so almost ballooned it over but a goal nonetheless.

And he gets an assist a moment later. Spain are rampant and David is in the middle of it all.
 
Commentator is pants, on Silva's goal "did his best to miss that hahaha" no clearly you saw in your moment of silence in the slowmo, it bobbled up before he hit it adding a lot more height than there would have been.

Completely ignored the cultured assist a moment later, as well.
 
And another beautiful assist. Costa made work of it but David completely dismantled the defence with patience and class.

My Mrs has never seen it so we've been hammering the old series to get up to speed for the new one which starts tonight. The mind plays tricks.

Really hope Silva comes through unscathed tonight, if he's fully fit for Saturday they won't be able to stop us.

It only counts if you nutmeg at least two players with your perfectly weighted pass into a striding teammate, taking an entire defence out of the equation.

We were talking about 'Gold feet' he's much more entertaining.

I just hope he is not exhausted—his pressing and movement is tireless. Normally I would be glowing with praise but right now I just want to take him by the neck and tell him to calm down. ;-)
 
Second assist for Nolito after some beautiful work from Silva on the right.
