Thought we never really got out of 2nd gear in the 2nd half. We were really comfortable. KDB was outstanding and until his goal I thought Nolito was excellent aswell. And the job that Pep has done with Sterling is amazing. Looks like a totally different player to last season.

But the key to the way we play is Fernandinho. The amount of ground he covers and tackles he wins is ridiculous. I don't think we have another player like him and it's so important he stays fit. Am sure he will get a breather in midweek though along with one KDB and one or two others.

Just watched the extended replay of the match. Jezus christ all 4 goals where amazing. Every team that will face us will be scared ass hell.

So entertaining to watch us play. Great performance once again, De Bruyne is top top quality, ballon d'or quality. Its scary to think that he's only 25 and will continue to improve.

Our link-up and team play was remarkable. Sterling was fantastic and almost scored the goal of the season, won the ball at the touchline and ran around every defender in the box, I've never seen anything like it.

Bournemouth had some good counters, thought they were going to score and a few occasions, were much more threatening than the rags last weekend.

Nolito stupid red card but lets move on, were more than covered.

To think this time last year if we had played a game without Hart, Kompany, YAYA, Silva, and Sergio we would have been worried. All 4 goals were quality teamwork, all the team played well but big raps to KDB and Raheeeeeeem who were fantastic. Only sour note was the Red card, what a stupid thing to do.

awesomes from KDB, Sterling Fernandihnio and Nolito who then let himself down badly...absolutely ridiculous thing to do and i hope privately that Pep gives him a right telling off for that...we will lose players through injury at point this season which we can do nothing about but losing him through that for 3 games just puts unneeded pressure on the squad.

Not only is the team playing better but there is a marked improvement in individuals......some of clichy's crossing was amazing today and everyone can see the effect Pep has had on sterling. I didn't think it was possible for Ferna to get better but he has and Kolorov ( a player I was highly critical of and wanted him gone) is looking re-born!

Great game. And Nolitos head-play did wonders for the match-thread. Flappers and moaners have had a hard time now in the Pep-era.

Nasri and Navas as well.

You Brits are a soggy lot. Brilliant performance (no not perfect, but still brilliant) and some of you can't slag of Nolito fast enough. Who the hell cares? We are deep enough that we can afford to miss a player of Nolito's skill and stature. What do you all want? Emotionless stuff shirts that barely break a smile whilst someone is pouring hot tea into their lap? Expecting Christopher Tietjens out there on the wing? SMH.
