TV Series

I'm about halfway through and I'd say Luke Cage is easily better than Jessica Jones so far.

I like the sound of that as I loved Jessica Jones. I was only ever a Spiderman guy and also liked X-men cartoon series as a kid but didn't care at all for superhero movies ( except Spiderman ) until Marvel Studios came about and gave us Iron Man and then The Avengers and I've been a sucker since, they've literally turned me into a fanboy without having Spiderman and now they fucking do. There's not one Marvel Studio movie or TV show I've hated or even disliked ( I don't watch AOS ). These Netflix series have taken things to a whole new level though.

Not watched Jones so not tainted myself :-D

Oh yeah, i went for a piss and the last half of my kebab dissipated into the ether, funnily enough it was replaced by a very guilty looking chopper with added slice of cabbage on the side of his face xD Just to complete his guilt the paw kept coming up as if this offering makes up for lack of kebab... i accepted his offering of peace xD

A wise and benevolent stance. Chopper is all that stands between you and thousands of unwashed scrotes who want to steal your bbq and shit in your fridge. He should be mentioned in the new years honours list. Sir Chopper of Bramley, protector of gingers.

To be fair, they should have done 'Jessica Jones' after 'Luke Cage' to give themselves more time to think about the connotations of skimming subject matter.

'Jessica Jones' is a very complex story of doubt, depression, mental abuse/ rape, physical rape and lastly, vengeance.

Super hard to convey in a series designed not to be too deep for an American audience, so they kind of missed the target on it.

Shame, really, as it had huge potential as a subject matter in the comic-to-adult world.
 
Really enjoyed Narcos. Didn't think I would but you really get drawn to it. Will give Luke Cage a go as seems to heave got some good reviews.

She was involved, I'd be more inclined to believe she's an enabler though, seeking gratification through manipulation... She's extremely calculated!!!

I don't think you get life without parole for justifiable homicide. She was certainly a manipulate fucker too. She turned up at court looking like this.
