Bastard! Was hoping Hull would move back a day to the 27th. One of my favourite aways that and can't make it on Boxing Day. As for Liverpool, will there even be any trains running back after the match at that time on NYE?

I am absolutely astonished that the police have agreed to a 5.30 kick off on New Years Eve. Surely their busiest night of the year anyway and now they have to police what is obviously going to be a hugely passionate derby at the start of the evening.
The most mental ko time since Southampton away at noon on Boxing Day in the early 90s.I am absolutely astonished that the police have agreed to a 5.30 kick off on New Years Eve. Don't appear to be any advance fare tickets for us London blues for the Arse game - unless they haven't been released yet for the Christmas period. Or unless they have been and have sold out.
They go on sale on Monday. There was some HS2 related engineering work at Euston which got pulled at the last minute delaying VT in opening reservations.
