I was responding to the Irish city fan who was asking about him and his girlfriend coming to the game.

On the original point looks like could be a full house or near enough which is great. Not sure why city thought they wouldn't be able to sell enough of 3rd tier to open it but has turned out alright anyway

They would still be xenophobic. Do you know anyone who hates people from Every foreign Country? People pick and choose their prejudices but being against a particular country or race is clearly xenophobic/racist. Whether you want to give it a label or not
 
Seems to be selling fairly well. Only 317 and 318 in the South stand are showing as good availability, with most other areas either sold out or low. The family stand is mostly showing as 'ok' availability.

Maybe I've missed something though, tickets are available in block 114 in the South Stand, isn't this normally an away section? Are Celtic fans being moved elsewhere for this match?

It could be that 114 is split between home and away. The away end isn't as wide as it was

Nah bollocks. I may love and adore all animals excepts cats (they are ****s), you wouldn't describe me as being animal hating, you say "the handsome bloke over there hates cats".

You're watering down the term 'racist' and misusing the term 'xenophobic' (a person would that was xenophobic would hate/fear all foreigners yes).

Some people hate the French, some hate the Irish. Not me, but some, that's all there is to it.

Considering Manchester was a hub for Irish immigrants many moons ago and the hospitable feeling towards City fans in Glasgow, I find it quite bizarre the hostility directed at the Irish and Celtic fans in particular.

Everyone does remember it was the blue side of Glasgow that tore Manchester apart in 2008 yes...?

but not every rangers fan smashed up manchester either. I'm not suprised at the hatred for celtic after the last pre season game we played them, pro ira songs and violent. as someone whos family are from irish backgrounds (belfast/galway) i actually prefer rangers.
