SWP whats your take on the building 7 collapse?
It's a bit strange but I can't think that it was a demolition job without thinking the whole thing was an inside job.SWP whats your take on the building 7 collapse?

So Occam's Razor makes me think the most likely explanation is the one given. I've watched so many documentaries and read so much about 9/11 that no one will make me believe the twin towers falling was a controlled demolition. Every single theory has been debunked a thousand times.
i suppose we'll never get to know the truth, but one thing i definately dont believe is a plane hitting the pentagon,if anything my moneys on a cruise missile or similar,as theres no impact marks on the wall made by engines or wings??
Jesus christ, we've got another one.i suppose we'll never get to know the truth, but one thing i definately dont believe is a plane hitting the pentagon,if anything my moneys on a cruise missile or similar,as theres no impact marks on the wall made by engines or wings??
Watched this also, thought it was very good. I felt for the young chap who lost his father down the pit but at least he got a decent looking job to look forward to.I watched The Last Miners which was aired on BBC 1 on Monday,on catch up,the 2nd part is on this Monday,a great insight as to what these guys actually did,on the lead up to it's closure last December, and also to see the dismay on the communities that our daft bastard government had caused by closing it down,a bit tear jerking at times really.
I've often thought how fortunate we were in being born and raised this side of the pennines, and not having been brought up in those kind of communities where generations of families had worked and basically got nowt back, although I am aware that the pits in Wigan and Newton le Willows had similar experiences, but anyway it is a good watch, and I'm looking forward to the second part
Thanks for the head up on this. Looking forward to it tonight. These BBC4 music docos are always good. As opposed to UB40, who were not. Should be a good watch thoughNext Friday: UB40
This should be interesting, as they now detest each other.

Bollocks. they were terrible, live or not. Pick any UB40 song and put it on repeat, and youve got a full album. the thought of watching that live, and having paid for the misery of it, fuck thatEnjoyed that, didn't realise things had got so bad between them, quite sad really. Saw them at the Apollo years ago, great live.

Saw them twice in the early 80's and they were fantastic live.
This is an old one about one of the toughest military selection courses in the world, even SAS troopers fail it. The Royal Marine Arctic and Mountain Warfare Cadre.
The rest of it is on youtube.
Have you got any vids involving dishy sailors?
Sunday, BBC4 (same time as MOTD2 clever fuckers)
