I'd go 352.

Gets Nacho and Kun on the pitch together and our full backs are wank anyway.

Our defence has been a lot better since switching back to 4 though.

We shipped tons of goals with 3 at the back and we've now conceded only 2 in 4 games since reverting back to a back 4.

Our full backs are wank though yes.

If fit this is the team I'd like to see against Burnley:

Bravo
Sagna Stones Otamendi Clichy
Garcia
Dinho KDB
Sterling Aguero Nolito

Subs: Caballero, Kolarov, Tosin, Fernando, Silva, Nacho, Diaz

I'd be tempted to go 3 at the back but just don't think we've got the players to play it. We've got to go 2 up top, so instead....

Bravo
Sagna Otamendi Stones Clichy
Fernandinho
Stirling Sliva De Bruyne
Iheanacho Aguero

Problem with this is that both Sagna and Clichy offer zero going forward. Would have been better playing those two at Liverpool and the two from yesterday in the Burnley game. Not that those two are much better but still an odd one.

I expect to Boydo to score his worldie.

Apart from that will I witness the team that pumped Bournemouth at a canter or frustrated like Soton?

A game where a win does very little (for the time being) and a loss/draw puts us up shit creek.

We just need to get back to playing good entertaining football.

Is Sane available?

Something has to give in regards to the formation.

Playing 1 up front leaves us toothless in attack but playing 2 up top means we cannot flood the midfield.

It's why I think the 3-5-2 is the way forward, especially as the full back area is our big weakness.

A clean sheet at home are they drunk ?
If the rest of Paul Merson's career is anything to go by then yes, he probably is.

Being outside the top 4 isn't ideal but this is our chance to get back in straight away. Go 3rd with a win tomorrow then hope Arsenal drop points away to Bournemouth (not impossible) or Tottenham don't beat Chelsea (likely).

If we don't beat Burnley at home I'll be starting a thread asking for contributions for a 'Pep out' plane banner!
