its a Barm

I hope there isnt to much put on this lads shoulders after some poor performances of late, it could ruin his confidence.
We cannot influence things beyond our control. The paperwork will be ratified as soon as possible. We may have signed him in August but were only able to register him a little over a week ago. I am baffled why you are baffled. It isn't difficult to understand.
Yeah, and Everton buy Schneiderlin on a Friday and he's turns out on a Saturday. Can't understand why our paperwork takes weeks and others take hours.
As far as I can see the FA need to check everything is in order, to register him. As we couldn't register him until 2 weeks ago then the FA wouldn't have done anything prior to that. All we could do is supply the FA with all the relevant details when we registered him 2 weeks ago. Now we can only wait for the FA, who in turn are probably waiting for answers or confirmations from Brazil.I'm sure its not City that are holding this up, but we have had 6 months to prepare for it and that's the disappointing thing. Surely when the transfer was agreed in the summer the picture was clear what needed to be done? Yet we seem to have been caught unaware of the issues surrounding this. And what exactly happened last summer, if we 'signed' him surely that's the legal consent of all parties who owned him, so why is there now a problem, we have a contract don't we?
I guess we I don't understand what is actually needed to register a player, maybe its way more complicated than I imagine
I'm sure that I read somewhere that the club thought it was '95-97%' complete?
Wonder if it is just paperwork,or is there third party ownership involved,or is some agent or connection trying a last ditch attempt to get some extra out of us,think its maybe paperwork and it's the fa and Brazilian fa that are stalling it..today or tomorrow and
that alone should set the warning bells rings with our backroom staff
its a joke really its the 16th of jan 2017 and the window opened 1st of jan 2017 and with had him signed in the summer 2016 something is not right if the club had 6months to sort it out and still not a manchester city player you could not make it up could you
I agree with this. Palmeiras were apparently disappointed they didn't get more money for him. Other parties may feel they "have us over a barrel" if we want the dispute to be resolved swiftly. Sanctions over playing a player with 3rd party ownership can be severe. A very tricky situation. If it were just a paperwork issue then its no big deal. He might miss a couple of games which would be annoying, but then I wasnt expecting him to play much in January anyway. The far bigger concern is that this 3rd party ownership issue is such a problem that it doesnt get sorted by the end of the window. As long as if everything goes through this month I'll be happy.

We signed him and announced him in august,we are waiting on the FA and Palmeries to do the registration,he is training, not everything is a conspiracy ffsthis can not be it 3rd party is not aloud in england and when signing him in the summer we must have knew what or who the ownership of him was
for me its down to something else and not to see him training or even at the etihad campus is a puzzle and something is not right behind the scenes maybe the talk of a riff with pep and Txiki are true and this would be why the hold up and something was wrong and city and pep have lost out

That would be rude of him,it's a barm anyway lolWell thank C for that, K. I had visions of him buying muffins and then fuckin' off back to Brazil.

We couldn't register him until the window opened as he was still registered in Brazil,Until Palmeris hand over his registration the FA can't clear him,my impression is it doesn't have to be by the end of jan but don't quote me on that bit, maybe someone else can answer that bitCan I ask, if we signed him in August does that mean we're not operating under the usual transfer window deadline? I mean it doesn't have to be concluded by 31st Jan, he's already signed? So we don't need to worry that there are only 12 working days left in the month to get this done. Is that correct?
