Imagine he’s pretty pissed off with the subject. Remember he got misquoted recently and then came out and firing about that. At the end of the day he is there to talk about Spain, he’s one of the key players for one of the favourites. Also Riquelme won’t win.

If he’s off I reckon we keep him for a year still. It’s invaluable experience whilst a lot is changing.

I always thought he really is suited better as a 8/10 and probably more a 10/F9 like you say. Here though that will never happen. He great in tight spaces/in the pocket. If he wants to stay here a squad player then fair enough he’d be brilliant for that. But he got hardly any minutes this year...

Not sure if MGW was instead of Reijnders or Cherki. Was a lot of talk of Reijnders being a Gundo replacement so think he was always planned. Was gutted we didn’t get him but Cherki is obviously a monster signing

I worry about Reads injury record but clearly a great talent. Talk of Kayode seems to have stopped bearing in mind we heavily scouted him this season.

They are now talking to Dortmund regarding Couto. Would lead one to believe Palestra isn’t moving there or they’ve been priced out of a deal.

To be fair once he’s at Barca can’t see him moving again anytime soon. Got to remember that Barca are sneaky cheap twats so any deal struck behind closed doors may have been pressured to begin with and wouldn’t surprise me if they are now trying to get him for less.

I could also see a world where we keep Marmoush and that reflects the winger we buy. Someone that could play both sides maybe.

I would guess the idea is a Marmoush replacement that can help out wide and a Savinho replacement. So Doku, Semenyo, New LW/9, New RW and then Foden and Cherki if needed as well.

Inter now negotiating with Dortmund over Yan Couto. Would mean they have moved on from Palestra and we might also get a sell on %.

Think this is very subjective. When we signed Rodri we don’t know he would become what he has, we always hoped but he developed monumentally here. We don’t really tend to buy world class players, we make them. Kev, Aguero and Silva were all ready for that next step. Haaland and Josko came in...

They both make perfect sense. Both for the player and team involved.
