I know they didn't have a strong attack, but Cancelo almost looked bored at times. He is so comfortable on that right side, I'd like to see him play over there more.

While maybe a little shaky at times on defense, he had a good game. A couple filthy crosses in there too. Curious to see how he carries himself against a stronger attack. He is a great combo with Jack on that left side.

Great game from Jack, he makes the team flow better when he's out there. His ability to efficiently work the ball up the pitch is great for getting us quick scoring opportunities. Playing with Gomez seems to be a better match for him than Cancelo. Jack is best when he is working to the inside...

Great debut. The nice part about the depth we're starting to build in the back is we don't feel as much pressure to rush guys back from injury. That's a big factor as to why some of our guys are so injury prone.

Pep felt the pain of having to play Fernandinho for too many minutes at RB and CB during the final stretch last season, it almost cost us the title. This season will be even more demanding on the players too. Love this signing, his style really seems to fit us too.

People saying he won't get enough minutes are vastly underestimating how hectic the schedule will be this season.
