The Champions League will be done and dusted a week on Saturday and he's not even training with the squad. Absolutely no chance he makes any of it. If it was in the season you'd expect 3-6 weeks training at City before you saw an injured player play again.
What I've learned from these champions/europa league games is that if we are expecting perfection it isn't going to arrive but if we want solid improvement then either will improve us. It also smacks that we as a collective need to be more receptive to the odd mistake. They ALL make them VVD...
We already have £55m in the bank from Sane so this is already paid for before any Sancho deal. If Sancho goes united we'll still be £49m in credit before the next signing after spending £21m on Torres.
I'm 31 so never seen the greats of Summerbee, Bell, Lee etc live but of the players i've seen this is the best 11 i came up with:
Kompany Van Buyten Laporte
SWP KDB Yaya Silva Sterling
He's a great player and had a bad 6 months. New season, new Bernardo. Will play a pivotal part in midfield now Silva departed and Foden will carry on progressing as an attacker moving back to CM in a few seasons time.
