You can use transfer 3x. You can’t use the ticket exchange

Cup schemes are the same for flexi as they are for gold or platinum, your seat is guaranteed for each home cup game. You have to pay for that seat even if you can’t go. You can transfer the to ticket but can’t put it on the exchange.
