A win is a win, but they're still clearly in transition in the long run and need to be better in attack. 2 stupid mistakes gave Leeds goals they had no right to.
Leeds fans should be disappointed they got nothing from this. Which is embarrassing for us.
I get what you're saying, and the doomsdayers need to give it a rest sometimes but this 2nd half has been utter shit and there's still a huge issue with the tactics and the ability to withstand pressure.
We have Real away in 2 weeks. Do you think we get anything from that game playing like this?
We're regressing into that shit we had to watch last November.
Pedestrian movement to the wings and just letting them set up their shape. This is awful
Fenerbahce apparently sending multiple videos of him scratching his balls mid game as a way of clearing him of any wrongdoing is far funnier than it should be.
Imagine being the guy who reviews game film and being asked to put together a highlight reel of Ederson scratching himself.
If you go through Peps history at City, there's always at least one game a season where he's done something utterly ridiculous and we've been shit. UCL Final in 2021 being an example. He's going to try outlandish things, and sometimes they're just not going to work. Making 10 changes for a UCL...
Yeah I think you're right about his style. I'm not talking about strictly style replacement but just rather being the one player who isn't afraid to push the team forward in attack and break the rhythm. Reijnders shows flashes of it, but has a tendency to dig himself into a hole.
