Today’s the day when I and thousands of others had the greatest night out of my/our lives in Istanbul down Nevizade Street. What a night! It’ll never be beaten I’m sure of it. Up the Blues!

Was on for my parkrun PB (23:47) at Peel on Saturday. Then my calf pinged on 4K and I had to hobble the last K in 5:30 resulting in 24:56 time. Gutted as it’ll be about three weeks now until my calf is back to normal. Been doing calf strengthening with weights and always wear calf compression...

These dark navy seats look shite and spoil the look of the entire internal bowl. The new padded seats on the Sky Lounge are all in light blue so why can’t these be too?
