I retired 4 years ago and have loved every minute of it. Don't get me wrong I really enjoyed what I did for a living but it was a business started from a hobby which really meant I lost that hobby. Now retired I can enjoy it as a hobby again. Far more chilled out out and sleep so much better as...
And it's fascinating to see the likes of you and Vic ignoring what's put in front of you and twistingfacts to suit you own narrative because you are so desperate to score points. Just like the labour government .
There kept the thread on topic.
I never said it was your comment, just that you quoted it.
Please explain how your latest comment, above has any relevance to the post to which you were replying to. You seem to be taking selective snippets on what I've said to try and justify your petty attempts at points scoring.
May I...
Wrong, that wasnt my first comment, please get your facts right.
And the question you quote asks "and if you're in a NON revenue generating business" you have come back trying to be smart with "obviously service industries ARE revenue generating"
As you say a pointless debate if you can't get...
I'll put it in simple terms as you are struggling to grasp what I said.
Machine operators leaves company.........no revenue from that machine
Can cleaner with no operating experience of the machine operate said machine....... no, so no revenue from that machine.
Could said cleaner be trained...
Jesus you really are desperate aren't you. Look at my first post on the subject yesterday, you'll see I said the same.
Only goal posts moved are in your mind.
Look back at my original post yesterday. I agreed that all employers play a role within a business. All I said was that those who generate the revenue for that business are the most important. Without them there is no revenue and therefore no business. Not hard is it.
You are totally wrong...
We aren't talking about training people. Remove the welder from a business that welds things then you have no business. You can teach the cleaner to weld, that is true but how long can that business survive generatino no revenue while you train them
The opinion of yours and others that are negative towards gb news have as much credibility as someone who posts a trip advisor review of a restaurant that they have never eaten at.
You're correct, I don't like the bbc as an institution. Not only because of it's very obvious bias to all things woke and those that play in a red shirt. I also really object to paying for it. The sooner it has to stand on it's own two feet the better imo.
