    Crystal Palace (A) - Sun 14th Dec, 14:00 | PL | Pre-Match Thread

Algeria are at AFCON. They aren't announcing their squad until Saturday, likely that RAN will be in it though.

I wouldn't rest Doku up against a right back lacking match sharpness. It's going Doku against Clyne or a player out of position like Devenny or Sosa. Can't be resting Doku with that opportunity.

Co-comnentator completely missed the touch on the ball by the Shelbourne defender.

2 games left, so they could theoretically get 7 but I imagine the 24th will be on at least 8 points by the end of tonight, so they're out.

Rangers pretty much out with that result. Forest a contender for top 8 now. Need Shelbourne to make the game tough for Palace tonight.

Mateta has been managing a knee injury since the international break and Munoz is out for 4-6 weeks. Against us I expect them to go -------------Henderson -----Richards-Lacroix-Guehi Clyne--Wharton--Kamada--Mitchell --------????????------Pino ----------------Mateta Hughes, Lerma or Nketiah for...

    16 | Rodri 2025/26

If we can get Rodri alongside Nico with Phil, Cherki, Doku and Haaland in front of them, we really will be on to something.

    Referees' Performances | 2025/26

That and the fact the ref is usually decent was my main frustration. Valverde and Asencio both made fouls that were blatant yellows, you can't really defend Doku when you're yellow, you end up giving him too much space. The early yellow is so important, it basically nullified Foden today, not...

Will we win the league this season?

Might be top at Xmas if we do. Think Arsenal will struggle at Everton, Saturday night 8pm on the 20th.

    24 | Joško Gvardiol - 2025/26

He was a mess 1st half and great 2nd half. That's kind of been his season so far.

    20 | Bernardo Silva - 2025/26

Don't want him to be run into the ground again but it's hard when he's still easily in the best XI.

    27 | Matheus Nunes - 2025/26

Not a right back but doing enough to hold it down, gave Vini Jr too much space but was absolutely worried about giving him space behind. His spot is safe until we sign a right back.

    Jude Bellingham

Rodrygo was comfortably their best player tonight, followed by Carreras. The rest of them were poor, Bellingham did nothing of note.
