Don’t they use psychologists?. I used to read sport psychology books and used their techniques (albeit at pub football level) but never missed a penalty by adopting their tactics.

Not been that nervous watching City all season. I thought it was done and dusted with 10 mins to go after the Bills last touchdown. That last 2 mins felt like 30 mins. Colts could have easily won that if their decision making was slightly better at critical moments
28 miles this week. Aiming for 100 miles a month. Cheated today though went on treadmill for my half marathon distance. Not sure how accurate the Treadmill mode is on my Garmin watch but I averaged just under 8 mins 20 per mile
Big year ahead with the running. I’ve still been ticking over and get long runs in but need to re-sharpen my efforts . Going to aim for at least 25 miles a week and focus on training for the Manc Marathon in October.
