Mine was the same, although I set up mail redirection with Royal Mail. It was out for delivery this morning and now I've just had an email saying it's been returned to sender. Now I have the joy of dealing with Supporter Services to sort it out.

Just waiting for the taxi, we're on the 7:50 to Charleroi then picking up a car to get the rest of the way to Düsseldorf.

Brussels city centre is about 40 miles/an hour away from Charleroi airport.

Any idea when ticket criteria will be released? We're flying to Charleroi early on the Tuesday and driving to Dusseldorf from there, back Thursday night.

Where are people booking hotels in Dusseldorf? In the Altstadt or near the main train station? Where do people usually meet up?

The relocation window says it opens on the 2nd June for people impacted by the South Stand expansion. Does anybody know who's being classed as being impacted? I'm guessing Level 2 of SS?
