That could mean the player has an agreement with Arsenal to renew his contract (like we had with Foden for ages before it was announced) as has been rumoured recently or it could mean that City has an agreement in principle with Arsenal for a transfer

Hey @tolmie's hairdoo, is it a case that if all 3 of Haaland, Messi and Grealish want to join City and their clubs agree to let them leave that City would sign all three this summer? Or would you say Grealish would only be signed if Messi didn't join City?
